A Baddie is a woman who has her s*** together: she looks after herself, she loves herself and she doesn’t take disrespect from anyone. But no one starts out that way. Saddie to Baddie was created for women who are ready to heal, glow up, and step into their power from the inside out.

This movement was born from a real journey of pain, growth and transformation. It started with something as simple as a dance class. At the end of it, we practiced affirmations and for the first time in a long time, there was a spark of hope. Speaking those words: “I am beautiful, strong, worthy, and capable”  became a daily habit that slowly rebuilt confidence, energy and self-love.

That small shift became the foundation of Saddie to Baddie, which is now for women who have faced self-doubt or trauma that left them feeling lost.

Saddie to Baddie exists to show that no matter how dark things get, you can always rebuild, rediscover your strength and fall in love with yourself again.

Through coaching, affirmations, and community, we help women turn pain into power and sadness into strength. The focus isn’t just on temporary motivation, but on giving you tools you can use every day to feel grounded, confident and in control of your life.

Being a Baddie doesn’t mean life is perfect. It means knowing your worth, setting boundaries, and showing up for yourself no matter what. Even when life pushes you into a “saddie” moment, remember this: you’re still a Baddie at your core and you’ll always find your way back.
