Return and Refund Policies
We make prints, books and frames that are custom designed by you. We print the exact design that has been created on the site and app, and as such, due to the customisation, we are unable to refund design errors created by the customer.
These errors include, but are not limited to:
- Typos/misspellings
- The selection of the wrong frame colour or wrong product (i.e selecting Square Prints, instead of Mini Square Prints
- Not satisfied with the mentioned finish of the ordered product
- Poor image resolution of the original uploaded file
- Layout errors/cropping
- Blank pages in product design
The following products are not applicable for a refund as mentioned on the products page.
- Blank Moments Frame
We are unable to issue a refund/exchange for damage caused by the customer, either in storage, or handling. If you believe it is a production error, please send an email to support@inkifi.com within 14 days of receiving the order.
My Order Arrived Damaged/Incorrect
We're sorry to hear your order didn't arrive in the condition it should have.
Please send an email to support@inkifi.com within 14 days of receiving the order with the following included:
- Order Number
- Issue details
- Photo of the issue
If you believe your photos have been printed differently to how it was uploaded, please send a photo of the original image and a photo of the product you have received.
Please allow 48 hours (Mon-Fri) for a response.
